Accelerated Growth Program
When joining eXp Realty, LLC, with the support of Reach Estate Business Service Partnership, the agents who have not produced three
closings in the previous calendar year before joining will be waived from the required eXp Mentorship Program.
When enrolled in the Reach Estate Program agents will pay a reduced rate of 10% GCI per transaction for three sale transactions compared to the 20% of GCI per each standard three-transaction Mentorship fee. Fees are in addition to the 80/20 agent/exp Realty split.
