- Reach Estate Affiliate agents may use the Reach Estate Team consumer website as a presentation tool. Each form has a field for the prospect to enter the Reach Estate agent name and the form and workflows ensure your customer has valuable information from a well-supported agent.
- Only affiliate percentage fee apply without a referral fee for leads generated by the agent through the Reach Estate website.
- Fees
- Mentorship fees apply when in Mentee status with Chad Hanna assigned as a mentor.

Tailored Mentorship
For new agents or those with less than three closings in the previous year, the Reach Estate Program offers a mentorship opportunity when assigned to Chad Hanna as your mentor, fostering growth and learning within a nurturing environment.
If the joining agent candidate has produced three transactions within the previous calendar year, they are not required to mentor.
Therefore, the Reach Estate Program, while available, is not necessary to satisfy any mentoring requirements.
Enrolling in the Reach Estate Business Service Partnership is available for new agents, active producers, and team leaders.
