Business Growth Tools
Reach Estate Affiliate agents may use the Reach Estate Team consumer website as a presentation tool. Each form has a field for the prospect to enter the Reach Estate agent name and the form and workflows ensure your customer has valuable information from a well-supported agent.
Only affiliate percentage fee applies without a referral fee for leads generated by the agent through the Reach Estate website.
Fees
- Mentorship fees apply when in Mentee status with Chad Hanna assigned as a mentor.
- Post Mentorship support with Reach Estate Business Service Partnership
- 10% of GCI for three transactions
- 5% of GCI thereafter. No Term Agreement.
*Fees in addition to eXp Realty 80/20 Split or Capping Status.
